Beverage Sales Leader

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or in a related field. At least 3 years experience in Beverage Sales. At least 3 years experience in leading a sales team. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Market all wines and spirits available at MADISCO to targeted establishments throughout the country of Belize.
Identify and develop new customers through sales meetings, training session, promotional activities etc.
Keep MADISCO advised on current and emerging trends in the market through sales trips to wineries and distributors as needed.
Develop and carry out a monthly schedule to current and potential customers to promote our Beverage and Hospitality items.
Develop and carry out at least once monthly training sessions with the sales team on our Beverage and Spirits.
Achieve Beverage and Hospitality marketing, sales and operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 
Speak and write standard English and communicate using clear, professional           language. Spanish is an asset.
Must be computer literate.
Possess outstanding leadership skills and confidence.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must possess a positive teamwork attitude.
Must be mature and able to effectively lead a team.
Be adaptable and flexible with working hours.
